What You Bring:

• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards in food quality and safety.
• Understanding of kitchen financials, including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
• Experience in building a coaching culture, recruitment, and ongoing team development.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions.
