Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel, while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

What we look for |

• Experience leading a kitchen team, driving performance through positive behavior in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to have considerate and caring conversations, ensuring your team feels heard and supported.
• Experience maintaining high standards of food safety and health standards in the kitchen.
• Understanding of kitchen financials, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Ability to build a coaching culture within your team, working with the Head Chef on recruitment and development.
• Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and make decisions on the spot.
