Job summary

Nottingham Trent University’s Digital Technologies team is seeking a Technical Services Analyst (Infrastructure) to provide strong customer service and deliver across project work, service improvement, and break-fix tasks. You will work mainly in the Infrastructure area, handling enterprise servers and storage alongside Nutanix, VMware, and Rubrik.

The role requires Windows Server, Linux administration, and Azure administration with knowledge of other cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server and domain services.
• Knowledge of Azure administration and cloud platforms.
• Strong security sensibilities and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and support to Project work, Service Improvement work and Break Fix activities.
• Work primarily in the Infrastructure area with enterprise server and storage technologies such as Nutanix and VMware, Rubrik, and physical server installation.
• Provide third line support to local teams and Service Desk.
• Support the Infrastructure Technical Lead and Senior Analysts in delivering the Infrastructure remit.
