Job summary

Harvey Nash is seeking an Infrastructure Analyst in the UK (Liverpool or Manchester) with a hybrid working pattern. You will deliver infrastructure and application projects, support and improve a Microsoft-centric environment, and own technical delivery across UK and international locations.

You will work with VMware, Windows Server, AD/DNS/DHCP, and Azure, while contributing to DR/HA, design documentation, and change management. A broad monitoring skillset including SolarWinds is preferred.

Qualifications

VMware administration and maintenance experience.
Experience with Microsoft Azure and Entra ID.
Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.Strong Active Directory, DNS and DHCP skills.
Networking fundamentals and troubleshooting ability.
Experience with Disaster Recovery and High Availability concepts.
Familiarity with monitoring tools like SolarWinds and SNMP.

Responsibilities

Deliver and support infrastructure and application projects from design through to BAU.
Provide technical guidance to Project Managers across the project lifecycle.
Act as escalation point for complex infrastructure issues.
Maintain and improve VMware, Microsoft Server, and Azure environments.
Support DR and High Availability objectives.
