Job summary

Nottingham Trent University invites applications for a Technical Services Analyst (Infrastructure) to support the infrastructure remit. The role focuses on Windows/Cloud infrastructure, Hypervisors (Nutanix/ VMware), Rubrik backups and related enterprise systems across the campus.

You will contribute to Project work, Service Improvement and Break Fix activities, with high security awareness and strong problem-solving. Hybrid working is offered; travel between campuses may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows server and domain services.
• Experience with Linux administration.
• Experience with Azure administration.
• Knowledge of other enterprise cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and support to Project work, Service Improvement work and Break Fix activities.
• Work with enterprise server and storage technologies and manage infrastructure tasks.
• Provide third line support to local teams and Service Desk.
• Liaise with users across the university to deliver solutions and administer diverse systems.
