Station in London is seeking an Infrastructure Team Leader to guide an advanced escalation and proactive engineering team in a hybrid, London-based role. You will oversee 3rd line support, major incidents, and service health across Microsoft cloud environments while mentoring engineers and coordinating offshore teams.

The role combines people leadership with hands-on technical guidance in M365/Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and AD, supporting change reviews and service transitions in a fast-growing IT

Qualificações

• Experience leading 3rd Line or senior infrastructure engineers in an MSP.
• Strong background in M365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and Active Directory.
• Deep ITIL knowledge: incident, problem, change, and major incidents.
• Excellent client-facing communication during incidents.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop Infrastructure engineers in the UK, including offshore teams.
• Manage the 3rd Line queue, major incidents, RCAs, and preventative problem management.
• Oversee health checks, Azure/M365 assessments, and automated remediation.
• Lead project-to-support onboarding, runbook creation, and operational change reviews.

We are partnered with a fast-growing IT solutions provider looking for a hands-on Infrastructure Team Leader to lead their advanced escalation and proactive engineering team. This role combines senior people management, queue control, major incident response, and technical guidance across Microsoft cloud and hybrid environments. Location: London / Hybrid Type: Permanent Package: Up to 65,000

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop Infrastructure engineers in the UK while guiding offshore support teams.
• Escalations & Major Incidents: Manage the 3rd Line ticket queue, major incidents, root cause analysis, and preventative problem management.
• Proactive Engineering: Oversee technical health checks, M365/Azure environment assessments, and automated remediation.
• Service Transition: Lead project-to-support onboarding, runbook creation, and operational change reviews.

Essential Requirements

• MSP Leadership: Proven experience leading or supervising 3rd Line or senior infrastructure engineers in an MSP environment.
• Microsoft Ecosystem: Strong technical background in M365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and Active Directory.
• ITIL Operations: Deep understanding of incident, problem, change, and major incident processes.
• People & Client Management: Strong coaching capability paired with excellent client-facing communication skills during incidents.

Desirable Skills

• Microsoft certifications across Azure or Modern Workplace (e.g., AZ-104, MS-102).
• Experience with ITSM platforms, ISO compliance standards, or SOC/security interfaces.
