Job summary

Harrington Starr in Central London is seeking a hands-on IT Support Lead & Infrastructure Engineer to shape the next stage of the technology journey. You’ll lead the London support function, provide senior technical escalation, and work across Azure, AVD, Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, Microsoft 365 and networking.

This is a hybrid role offering ownership and the chance to deliver genuine white-glove service to executives while collaborating with Infrastructure, Security and Applications teams

Qualifications

• 7 years’ IT support/end-user services experience
• Leadership or senior escalation experience
• Exceptional customer service, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Experience with PowerShell, Terraform, ITIL and regulated/financial environments

IT Support Lead & Infrastructure Engineer | Central London | Hybrid - £60,000 - £70,000

We’re looking for a hands-on IT leader to join a high-performing global financial services organisation and help shape the next stage of its technology journey.

This isn’t a traditional IT support role. You’ll lead the London support function, provide senior technical escalation, and get stuck into infrastructure across Azure, AVD, Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, Microsoft 365 and networking.

What you’ll be doing

• Provide 2nd-line escalation and own complex technical issues through to resolution

You’ll combine strong technical capability with exceptional customer service, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Experience with PowerShell, Terraform, ITIL and regulated/financial environments is a bonus.
