Job Responsibilities

1. Provide the technical direction for the build, delivery, and maintenance of secure platforms.
2. Be hands-on in all aspects of the design, build, deployment, and support of customer-facing systems.
3. Employ and adapt industry-leading techniques and best practices to address customer challenges.
4. Work within existing monitoring, observability, and security frameworks to meet customer requirements.
5. Integrate systems, networks, or software in on-premises environments.
6. Provide 3rd or 4th line support to production datacenter environments.
7. Contribute to a high-performance culture through coaching and development using modern software methodologies.
8. Deliver, coordinate, and prioritize activities, responding positively to challenges using your technical expertise.
9. Automate complex and repetitive tasks to improve team velocity.
10. Have experience with storage solutions like NetApp ONTAP or QNAP.
11. Experience with VMware technologies such as Cloud Foundation, vSAN, or NSX-T.
12. Work with monitoring and observability tools like CheckMK, Telegraf, or Prometheus.
