Partnerize is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Manager to lead the Infrastructure Solutions team within Technical Operations. You will focus on people management, strategy, and non hands-on guidance to remove blockers and drive scalable, secure infrastructure.

You will steward budgets, capacity planning, risk management, and ITIL-compliant processes while aligning engineering and product priorities in a high-velocity environment. Newcastle hybrid work is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience leading a technical team focused on people growth.
• Strong project management with ability to delegate to meet deadlines.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across management and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of infrastructure engineers with regular 1-2-1s and performance reviews.
• Schedule and lead formal training for operational improvements and professional development plans.
• Own the hiring process and foster an inclusive culture to attract top talent.
• Define and cascade SOPs and ITIL standards across the team.
• Own budget and capacity planning for scalable infrastructure.
• Identify operational risks and contingency plans for business continuity.
• Coordinate changes, problems, and projects to manage workload priorities.
• Unblock complex issues as the senior escalation point and coordinate resources.
• Ensure detailed system design documentation with visual representations.
• Oversee hybrid on-prem and cloud (GCP/AWS) estate with high availability.
