Partnerize is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Manager to lead the Infrastructure Solutions team within Technical Operations. The role focuses on people leadership, removing blockers, guiding decisions, and ensuring engineers have an environment to succeed.

You will manage a team with expertise in Linux, containers, databases, networking, and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS). The role emphasizes capacity planning, reliability, and collaboration with Engineering and Product to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a technical team and managing people (reviews, growth, coaching).
• Strong project management skills with ability to delegate and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication with management and engineers; stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of infrastructure engineers; conduct 1-2-1s and performance reviews.
• Define and implement training, professional development plans, and growth opportunities.
• Own hiring processes to attract top talent and maintain an inclusive culture.
• Set and maintain SOPs; apply ITIL and Lean Six Sigma concepts to improve workflows.
• Oversee budget and capacity planning; forecast infrastructure needs and manage subscriptions/hardware.
• Coordinate incident response as escalation point; ensure high availability and rapid issue resolution.
