Partnerize is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Manager to lead the Infrastructure Solutions team within Technical Operations. You will drive performance, reliability, and scalability across on-premise and cloud environments.

You will mentor engineers, manage budgets, and define SOPs while championing a culture of learning. The role requires a hybrid work model with regular Newcastle office attendance and strong ITIL/Lean Six Sigma experience.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience leading a technical team with focus on people management.
• Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Deep knowledge of ITIL practices and Lean Six Sigma concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of infrastructure engineers with regular 1-2-1s and performance reviews.
• Lead formal training sessions and development plans for direct reports.
• Own recruitment and retention for your team.
• Manage budget and capacity planning for subscriptions and hardware.
