Partnerize in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Manager to lead the Infrastructure Solutions team within Technical Operations. The role focuses on people leadership, removing blockers, and ensuring engineers have an environment to succeed.

You will oversee on-prem and cloud environments (GCP/AWS), drive budget and capacity planning, and foster a culture of learning while delivering reliable, scalable platforms for product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience leading a technical team with people management focus.
• Strong project management skills and ability to delegate to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience defining budgets, capacity planning, and ITIL/Lean Six Sigma principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of infrastructure engineers.
• Own hiring, performance reviews and career growth for team members.
• Own budgets and capacity planning to ensure scalable, cost-aware operations.
• Oversee hybrid estate (On-Prem and Cloud) with high availability.
• Coordinate incident response and provide escalation guidance.
• Create and maintain SOPs and ITIL-aligned processes.
