Aldwych Consulting are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join our established commercial team delivering major utility and infrastructure projects across the North West. You will support financial and contractual management, improve cost control, and build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager, you will prepare CVRs, forecasts and cost reports, administer NEC contracts, and contribute to final accounts while

Formación

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a contractor environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of cost management principles.
• Experience producing CVRs, forecasts, valuations and cost reports.
• Working knowledge of NEC contracts.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage your workload and prioritise effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the commercial management of utility and infrastructure projects
• Produce and maintain CVRs, cost reports and financial forecasts
• Support subcontract procurement and commercial management
• Administer subcontract accounts from award through to final account
• Manage compensation events, variations and change control
• Prepare and submit applications for payment
• Monitor project costs, cash flow and commercial performance
• Support the management of project risks and opportunities
• Review and administer NEC contracts
• Assist with the agreement of final accounts with clients and subcontractors
• Provide commercial support to project and operational teams
• Contribute to tender reviews and pre-construction commercial activities where required
