Qualifications

• NEC contract experience is essential.
• Solid understanding of subcontract management and commercial reporting.
• Experience on major infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Strong ability to manage costs, risks and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing the commercial performance of allocated packages
• Cost reporting, forecasting and CVRs
• Subcontract procurement and management
• Applications, valuations and payment processes
• Managing variations, compensation events and change
• Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities
• Supporting the preparation of final accounts
• Working closely with project teams to ensure commercial and operational objectives are aligned
• Mentoring and supporting junior commercial staff where required
