Job summary

Crown Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Lead to design, implement and operate a secure, high‑performing server and data centre environment for the EMEA region.

You will lead incident response, root cause analysis, and ongoing resilience initiatives to ensure business continuity and regulatory compliance. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in IT, ITIL PRINCE2 certifications, and hands-on expertise with VMware, hybrid storage, and automation tools such as Ansible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or similar.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• PRINCE2 certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and continuous improvement of secure, reliable server and data centre infrastructure.
• Ensure rapid incident response, root cause analysis, and service improvement for server issues.
• Develop, test, and maintain disaster recovery, backup, and resilience capabilities meeting RTO/RPO.
• Align infrastructure strategy with business needs while controlling costs.
• Identify and implement new technologies to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Oversee operational support of internal and third‑party server infrastructure and shared platforms.
• Collaborate across Crown divisions to align standards and practices.
• Ensure governance, audit, licensing, and cybersecurity compliance.
• Define, maintain, and audit monitoring standards and environments.
• Develop and motivate Data Centre and Performance teams.
