Job summary

Hunter Douglas Europe is undertaking a major multi-year transformation of its infrastructure landscape. We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Team Leader (Server, Storage & Cloud) – EMEA to drive standardisation, modernisation and resilience of infrastructure services across a diverse European environment.

This is a UK based role within the Infrastructure Leadership Team. You will provide both people leadership and technical direction to ensure secure, scalable infrastructure

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• Relevant technical certifications desirable.
• Experience leading infrastructure teams in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing regional infrastructure team.
• Drive standardisation and consolidation of infrastructure tools, technologies, processes and platforms.
• Provide technical leadership across server, storage, AD, virtualization, backup and disaster recovery services.
• Establish and govern infrastructure standards, SLAs and best practices.
• Support data centre modernisation, cloud adoption and transformation programmes.
