You will manage secure server/storage/data centre environments, disaster recovery, and resilience programs while mentoring a team and collaborating with stakeholders and third-party partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in Microsoft-based infrastructure environments.
• Strong expertise across server technologies, enterprise infrastructure platforms, and hybrid storage solutions.
• Proven experience delivering infrastructure upgrades, platform development, and operational improvements.
• Experience coordinating infrastructure services across multiple geographical locations and with third-party providers.

INFRASTRUCTURETEAM LEADER

As the Infrastructure Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the delivery, support, and continual improvement of critical infrastructure services across the organisation's enterprise technology estate.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the delivery and continuous improvement of secure, reliable, and high-performing server, storage, and data centre environments.
• Owning disaster recovery, backup, and resilience capabilities, ensuring recovery objectives are achieved and regularly tested.
• Managing incident response, root cause analysis, capacity planning, and infrastructure service improvements.
• Driving infrastructure strategy, technology adoption, operational efficiency, and compliance with governance and cybersecurity standards.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of infrastructure professionals whilst working closely with stakeholders and third-party technology partners.

Essential Experience

• Minimum five years' experience working within Microsoft-based infrastructure environments.
• Strong expertise across server technologies, enterprise infrastructure platforms, and hybrid storage solutions.
• Proven experience supporting business-critical infrastructure environments.
• Demonstrable experience delivering infrastructure upgrades, platform development, and operational improvements.
• Experience coordinating infrastructure services across multiple geographical locations and working with third-party providers.

Technical Expertise
