Job summary

C4S Search Ltd is seeking an Infrastructure Team Leader to guide delivery, support, and ongoing improvement of enterprise infrastructure. You will manage secure server/storage/data centre environments, disaster recovery, and resilience programs while mentoring a team and collaborating with stakeholders and third-party partners.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, efficiency, and adherence to governance and cybersecurity standards in a dynamic, UK-based environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in Microsoft-based infrastructure environments.
• Strong expertise across server technologies, enterprise infrastructure platforms, and hybrid storage solutions.
• Proven experience delivering infrastructure upgrades, platform development, and operational improvements.
• Experience coordinating infrastructure services across multiple geographical locations and with third-party providers.

Responsibilities

• Leading the delivery and continuous improvement of secure, reliable server, storage, and data centre environments.
• Owning disaster recovery, backup, and resilience capabilities with tested recovery objectives.
• Managing incident response, root cause analysis, capacity planning, and service improvements.
• Driving infrastructure strategy, technology adoption, operational efficiency, and governance/cybersecurity compliance.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of infrastructure professionals with stakeholders and partners.
