Job summary

Resolian seeks an Infrastructure Lead to deliver, secure, and continuously improve its global IT estate. You will lead a small team, own cloud, on-prem, and end-user computing, including Citrix and Microsoft 365, while coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior infrastructure role within regulated environments.
• Strong Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration capabilities.
• Extensive Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and related components experience.
• Active Directory / Entra ID and identity management expertise.
• Windows Server and virtualisation experience (Proxmox/VMware/Hyper-V).
• Solid networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, wireless).
• Cyber security best-practice and DR/BC planning knowledge.
• Proven vendor/supplier management and project delivery ability.
• Good communication, stakeholder management and escalation skills.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft, Citrix, VMware or security.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of global infrastructure services.
• Ensure infrastructure remains secure, resilient, and highly available.
• Manage cloud, server, storage, virtualisation, backup, and DR platforms.
• Oversee Azure, Microsoft 365, AD/Entra ID services and Group Policy.
• Mentor infrastructure team members and act as escalation point.
• Collaborate with IT and business to deliver effective solutions.
• Lead infrastructure projects, upgrades and continuous improvement.
• Manage suppliers, licensing, procurement and service performance.
• Act as Technical Lead for the Information Security Program.
