Job summary

Aston Villa Football Club seeks an Infrastructure Engineer to support and enhance our core technology infrastructure across Villa Park, Bodymoor Heath, London Office and other Club locations. You will monitor networks, identity services and servers to ensure reliability, performance and security of systems and services that underpin operations.

You will carry out patching, troubleshooting, incident resolution and contribute to security improvements, documentation and infrastructure refresh

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support or infrastructure environments.
• Strong networking fundamentals.
• Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Experience supporting Windows environments and identity platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain infrastructure across multiple sites (Villa Park, Bodymoor Heath, London Office).
• Manage networks, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, VPNs, servers, storage, and backup solutions.
• Assist with security, vulnerability remediation and patching.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and support incident resolution.
