This role involves managing cost for leading infrastructure projects across various sectors including highways, aviation, and utilities. Formación

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Experience with NEC3 contracts is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in cost management and change control.
• Ability to lead teams and manage commissions effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with project stakeholders.
• Administer contracts in line with project policies.
• Provide accurate project cost monitoring and reporting.
• Monitor cost variances and manage project cash flows.
• Collaborate with teams to manage deliverables and objectives.
• Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy.
