Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director – Senior Cost Manager / Commercial Manager to lead end-to-end service delivery on prestigious infrastructure projects in the United Kingdom. This role involves being the primary client interface, ensuring objectives are met through effective cost management. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in cost/commercial management, preferably hold MRICS designation, and demonstrate ability to lead teams in the infrastructure sector.

Formación

• Proven Cost / Commercial Management experience required.
• MRICS qualification is preferred.
• Familiarity with NEC3 contracts, especially Option C – Target Cost.

Responsabilidades

• Perform the role of the Commission Manager and manage service delivery.
• Interface with clients to ensure objectives are met.
• Lead and manage teams on major programmes.
