Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to join our UK Infrastructure team. You will work on a range of client and internal projects, managing contracts, cost control and reporting.

The role emphasizes governance, change management and value engineering to deliver value and keep projects within budget. Ideal candidates will have degree-level qualifications, NEC3 experience, and a track record in contract administration, cost management and procurement.

Qualifications

• Experience with NEC3 or similar contract forms is advantageous.
• Strong cost control, budgeting and forecasting skills.
• Ability to administer complex contracts and change processes.
• Understanding of governance and reporting for projects.
• Experience in procurement, valuation and commercial management.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and teams.
• Administer contracts per objectives and policies.
• Provide cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to budget.
• Monitor cost variance and contract cash flow; ensure timely applications.
• Collaborate with client and contractor teams on KPIs and value engineering.
• Manage contract changes to stay within governance and best practice.
• Improve forecast accuracy and budgeting processes.
• Provide commercial support to stakeholders; negotiate final accounts.
