Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking Cost Managers/Cost Consultants to join our UK Infrastructure team, supporting a variety of client and company projects. You will be responsible for cost monitoring, governance, and value engineering across programmes.

Ideal candidates will have strong cost management skills, experience in contract administration, and a collaborative approach to project delivery. A relevant degree and professional membership are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ideally Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject
• Ideally hold or be working towards an appropriate professional body membership or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Establish friendly, professional relationships with clients, colleagues and other project parties.
• Administering contracts in accordance with project objectives and policies.
• Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion within budget.
• Proactively monitor cost variance and contract cash flow and ensure timely applications.
• Collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage delivery of project deliverables, KPIs and objectives.
