Personal Group leads a growing, purpose-driven business as it powers customers, colleagues and communities with robust technology. This role heads infra and technology operations, delivering secure, reliable platforms and partnerships to support growth.

You will drive operational excellence, shape strategy, and build a high-performing team within a collaborative culture. Hybrid work with two days on-site weekly is available.

Qualificações

• Experience owning infrastructure and operations in a modern, cloud-first environment.
• Strong expertise across Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, networking and infrastructure operations.
• Experience leading managed service providers, supplier relationships and technology budgets.
• Deep understanding of service management, operational resilience, disaster recovery and governance.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, lead incidents and make sound commercial decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Defining and delivering the infrastructure and technology operations strategy aligned to our ambitious business goals.
• Owning our cloud, networks, Microsoft 365, identity, endpoints and workplace technology environments.
• Leading service performance, operational resilience, disaster recovery and continual improvement.
• Managing and challenging strategic technology partners and managed service providers to deliver exceptional outcomes.
• Driving a first-class user experience across IT services and support.
• Leading, coaching and developing a talented internal technology operations team.
• Working closely with Engineering, Information Security, Risk and senior business leaders to ensure technology remains secure, compliant and fit for the future.
