Job summary

Personal Group in Milton Keynes is seeking a Head of Infrastructure & Technology Operations to own the platforms, services and partnerships that power our secure, reliable IT estate.

This hybrid role (2 days a week on-site) leads cloud, networks, Microsoft 365, identity and workplace technology, plus governance, incident handling and continuous improvement, shaping strategy across the technology operations function.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise across Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, networking and infrastructure operations.
• Experience leading managed service providers, supplier relationships and technology budgets.
• Deep understanding of service management, operational resilience, disaster recovery and technology governance.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, lead through incidents and make sound commercial decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively from technical teams through to executive leadership.

• Leading, coaching and developing a talented internal technology operations team.
• Working closely with Engineering, Information Security, Risk and senior business leaders to ensure technology remains secure, compliant and fit for the future.

Job Title: Head of Infrastructure & Technology Operations

Location: Milton Keynes - Hybrid (2 days a week)

Salary: Up to £95,000 Depending on experience

Contract Type: Permanent
