Boost Talent ltd partners with a fast-growing technology company to appoint a Technical Operations Manager who will lead operational support services while remaining actively involved in technical problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.

This hands-on leader balances people management with technical delivery, ensuring critical systems, platforms and services operate efficiently and reliably.

Competenze

• Experience leading Technical Operations, Service Desk, IT Support or Application Support teams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
• Good understanding of infrastructure, networking and application support fundamentals.
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends and drive resolutions.
• Hands-on, proactive leader who develops teams while remaining technically involved.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
