Kier Group is seeking a Learning and Development Advisor to join the Infrastructure team, working nationally across Birmingham, London and Manchester. You will develop and deliver learning plans that align with strategic goals, foster continuous improvement, and build a culture of learning.

You will work with key stakeholders to tailor learning solutions, identify skill gaps, and support early careers initiatives including graduate schemes and apprenticeships. Travel nationwide as needed.

Formación

• Experience in Learning & Development or Training.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Organised, proactive, and able to work across multiple teams.
• Experience facilitating training sessions and using MS Office to support delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver learning plans aligned with business goals.
• Identify skill gaps and provide targeted solutions.
• Support early careers programmes including graduate schemes and apprenticeships.
• Monitor L&D activity and support audits.
• Drive innovation in learning delivery through digital and blended approaches.
