Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Learning and Development Business Partner to join the Construction Learning and Development team. Hybrid role with travel to sites and offices as required, 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility on hours.

You will collaborate across Kier to embed competency frameworks and create technical learning pathways that develop capability and performance across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning design translating technical subject matter into engaging learning solutions.
• Experience in competency design and assessment with evidence-based approaches.
• Ability to interpret data trends and generate meaningful reporting.
• Collaborative skills with technical leaders and stakeholders to shape scalable learning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with subject matter experts to develop and maintain competency frameworks.
• Develop and manage competency assessment systems; use data to identify gaps and make recommendations.
• Create learning solutions and programmes for business-critical disciplines.
• Collaborate on career pathway development; ensure training is prioritised and linked effectively.
• Measure ROI and provide insights to stakeholders.
