Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a People Development Business Partner to join the Infrastructure team. The role is flexible on location with UK travel; 37.5 hours per week and part-time or job-share options may be considered.

You will translate leadership and people development priorities into practical solutions, designing development interventions to grow capability and drive transformation. Based in a People Development & Inclusion team, you will partner with business colleagues to diagnose needs,

Qualifications

Experience in people development, leadership or organisational development in a complex commercial environment.
Ability to partner with managers and senior stakeholders to diagnose needs and translate priorities into practical solutions.
Strong design, facilitation, coaching, influencing and communication skills.
Proven project/programme management, budgets and governance experience.
Full driving licence; flexible across UK locations.

Responsibilities

Diagnose development needs with business colleagues and translate priorities into delivery plans.
Design, develop and deliver leadership, manager and people development interventions and pathways.
Manage people development projects from scoping through to implementation and evaluation.
Facilitate high-quality workshops for leaders and managers.
Use feedback, data and evidence to evaluate application, progression and impact.
