A leading IT services provider in Basingstoke is looking for an IT Support Engineer to handle 1st and 2nd line support tasks, device management, and user training. Qualifications

• 1st & 2nd line support for software, systems and hardware issues.
• Provide in-person deskside support and basic training.
• Device Management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day running of IT operations.
• Manage meeting rooms and related AV/media equipment.
• Create and maintain guides and documentation.

Skills

Experience in a busy enterprise IT Support environment (1st - 2nd Line)

Microsoft 365 Suite

Experience with Windows & MacOS

Leading and continually expanding organisation is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Engineer to assist in the day-to-day running of their IT operations.

• 1st & 2nd line support for software, systems and hardware issues

• Preparing equipment for new joiners
• Creating / maintaining guides and documentation
