We’re looking for a dynamic and eager-to-learn IT Support Analyst to join a fast-growing print and decoration business based in Hinckley. The company operates one of the UK’s most advanced production facilities and supports high-volume work for major brands in fashion, film, sports, and music.

This is a junior role, ideal for someone with 6–12 months of experience who’s ready to grow quickly and gain broad exposure to support and project work.

About You

• You’re tech-savvy, curious, and a natural problem solver.
• You have some hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and basic networking.
• You’re comfortable being the first point of contact, communicating clearly and confidently.
• You want more than a service desk job — you’re looking to get involved in exciting IT projects too.

What You’ll Do

• Provide first-line IT support to users.
• Manage user accounts, equipment setups, and basic troubleshooting (PCs, printers, networks, etc.).
• Work on a broad range of IT initiatives — not just tickets.
• Liaise with third-party vendors and support teams.
• Support new joiners with IT inductions.
• Learn from a talented IT Infrastructure Engineer and develop quickly.
