Information Technology Service Delivery Manager

Role Overview

Our award-winning client is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join their innovative team. This role is ideal for a motivated, ambitious professional capable of advancing the business. It involves significant responsibility and a broad scope of duties.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leading and mentoring Support and Project/Pre-Sales teams, ensuring accountability for service quality and adherence to processes.
  2. Continuously improving service delivery systems to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance client satisfaction.
  3. Managing Incident, Request, Change, and Escalation processes with high performance and accurate reporting.
  4. Liaising with clients to manage expectations and resolve escalated issues, ensuring complete client satisfaction.
  5. Maintaining team motivation and engagement to ensure low staff turnover.
  6. Collaborating with the senior leadership team, including the Operations Director, to contribute to strategic planning.

The ideal candidate will be self-driven, responsible, and possess excellent communication skills, with a proven track record in delivering successful IT support and projects in the private sector. A full, clean driving license is required.
