We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our award-winning client in Liverpool. This hybrid role offers up to £60k and involves leading support and project teams, improving service delivery systems, and ensuring high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor support, project, and pre-sales staff, ensuring accountability and adherence to processes.
• Enhance service delivery efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain or improve client experience.
• Manage Incident, Request, Change, and Escalation processes with high performance and accurate reporting.
• Communicate with clients, manage expectations, and handle escalated issues.
• Maintain team motivation and engagement to ensure low staff turnover.
• Contribute to business strategy as part of the senior leadership team, reporting to the Operations Director.
