Job Description:

Service Delivery Manager - IAM & AD

Experience: 10+ years, based in UK

Responsibilities:

• Service Ownership: End-to-end ownership of IAM and AD services, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
• Service Performance Management: Monitor, analyze, and improve service metrics.
• Incident and Problem Management: Oversee resolution of incidents and root cause analysis.
• Change Management: Coordinate service changes with minimal disruption.
• Service Improvement Planning: Develop plans based on data and feedback.
• SLA Management: Ensure SLA adherence and manage breaches.
• Capacity Planning: Collaborate with technical teams for infrastructure capacity.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain documentation and provide performance reports.
• Team Collaboration: Work with technical teams, sales, and management.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks.
• Financial Management: Assist in budget management.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of IAM and AD trends and technologies.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
