About Us: We are a small but dynamic financial services business. We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Manager to oversee our third-party vendor relationships and ensure seamless service delivery for our finance team and CRM/ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs).
2. Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of IT services, ensuring they align with business needs and ITIL V4 best practices.
