Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a fast-growing tech company at the forefront of route optimisation and decarbonisation. A background in logistics is essential for this role, as you’ll be working closely with clients and internal teams to implement solutions tailored to the operational realities of logistics and transport businesses.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal teams and customers to execute project and implementation plans
  • Manage full project lifecycles from planning through to completion
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed plans in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Handle change management, risk assessment, and issue resolution
  • Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships
  • Report regularly to senior management on project status and outcomes
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement of project delivery frameworks
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in logistics operations is essential
  • Strong project management background within a commercial or tech-driven environment
  • Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g. Jira, CRM systems)
  • PRINCE2 certification (desirable but not essential)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with excellent multitasking abilities
