We are looking for a skilled and hands-on IT Application Development Manager to lead the technical development and maintenance of company systems and data landscape.

This is a high-impact role combining technical leadership, architectural oversight, and collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and value-driven IT solutions. You’ll manage a talented development team, ensure system reliability, and shape the future of the technology landscape.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the internal development team across all technical projects.
• Act as technical architect for company systems and data landscape.
• Ensure system availability and operational continuity 24/7.
• Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation aligned with SDLC best practices.
• Mentor team members and stakeholders in modern development practices and tools.
• Partner with IT and business leaders to create technology and data solutions that drive value.
• Collaborate with vendors on application development and ongoing system support.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years as a technical lead or managing developer in a Medical Device or similar manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years experience architecting and designing new and current systems.
• Proven track record of leading support teams in maintaining applications for a global, 24/7 operational business.
• Comprehensive expertise in Azure, Java, and API integration.
• Extensive experience in vendor management, particularly with ERP, QMS, and PLM systems.
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on coaching and developing team members.
