Job summary

Lincolnshire Police is seeking an Information Sharing and Partner Agency Disclosure Officer to support lawful, safe information sharing across the Force and with partners. The role emphasises protecting vulnerable people and complying with information management guidance.

You will deliver high-quality, customer-focused service, advising on sharing agreements and national standards, while aligning with the Code of Ethics and legal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Process and respond to information sharing requests from partner agencies under local and national agreements.
• Research police systems and make disclosures in line with legislation and criteria.
• Prepare conviction reports for non-police prosecuting agencies.
• Support management and maintenance of Information Sharing Agreements across the Force.
• Provide advice on information sharing and disclosure matters to officers, staff, and partner agencies.
• Identify opportunities to improve information sharing practices and ensure compliance with standards.
