Job summary

Lincolnshire Police is seeking a highly motivated Executive Support Officer to provide strategic research, coordination and executive support to the Chief Officer Team. Working at the heart of the organisation, you will help ensure Chief Officers can operate effectively, supporting priorities while upholding our values of Courage, Respect & Empathy and Public Service.

The role involves preparing briefings, managing enquiries, horizon scanning and representing the organisation at meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting senior leaders with research and briefing materials.
• Ability to present complex information clearly.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducting research and producing concise briefings for senior leaders.
• Coordinating strategic portfolios and programmes.
• Preparing speeches, presentations and correspondence for diverse audiences.
• Representing the organisation at meetings and forums.
• Managing enquiries and stakeholder relationships.
• Horizon scanning to identify emerging priorities.
• Providing support during major incidents when required.
