A well-regarded charity organization in Little Hulton seeks an Information Governance and Data Systems Specialist to ensure the accuracy and security of information. Candidates will support the configuration of digital systems, manage information requests, and implement governance policies. The ideal applicant will possess a degree or equivalent experience, with knowledge in data protection frameworks. Thesuccessful candidate will be subject to a DBS Check at the level appropriate tothe role, the cost of which is covered by the hospice. Any post holder within the organisation will be expected to undertake safeguarding training appropriate to their role and adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures. All staff must work in accordance with their statutory roles and responsibilities in relation to safeguarding in accordance with the WorkingTogether to Safeguarding Children 2023, The Care Act 2014, and Prevent Duty2015.

You'll collaborate with teams across the organisation to support the configuration of digital systems for efficiency, and provide guidance on best practices for information governance.
