Job summary

A leading marketing agency in the UK is seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to manage campaigns across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. This role involves content creator outreach, negotiation, and hands-on content creation. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing or Digital PR and strong communication skills. Additional responsibilities include performance reporting and trend spotting. The position offers hybrid working options.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in an Influencer Marketing or Digital PR role, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Demonstrated ability or personal experience in creating engaging content for social platforms.
  • Confidence in drafting and negotiating contracts, usage rights, and rates with influencers or talent agencies.
  • Deep understanding of the mechanics and culture of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to present ideas clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Campaign Management: Strategise, develop, and execute influencer campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Identify, vet, and forge strong partnerships with creators. Handle contract negotiations and communication.
  • Utilise personal experience in content creation to lead by example.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and client teams.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance using social analytics tools. Deliver insightful reports to clients.

Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Campaign Management: Strategise, develop, and execute full-funnel influencer campaigns across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Content Creator Outreach & Negotiation: Identify, vet, and forge strong partnerships with relevant creators (from micro- to macro-influencers). Handle all contract negotiations, brief development, and communication.
  • Hands-on Content Creation: Utilise your personal experience in content creation to lead by example.
    • Developing in-house content for the agency and select client channels (e.g., shooting short-form videos, creating trend-driven content, and managing social posting).
    • Advising influencers and clients on optimal content formats, scripting, and editing to maximise engagement and resonance.
  • Relationship Nurturing: Build and maintain excellent, long-term relationships with influencers, agents, and client teams.
  • Performance Reporting: Rigorously track and analyse campaign performance using social analytics tools. Deliver insightful, data-driven reports on ROI, reach, and engagement to clients.
  • Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of the curve, constantly monitoring new social media features, platform updates, and emerging creator trends to inform future strategy.
Experience
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in an Influencer Marketing or Digital PR role, ideally within an agency environment.
Content Skills
  • Demonstrated ability or personal experience in creating engaging content for social platforms (e.g., short-form video editing, visual storytelling, and understanding viral mechanics).
Negotiation
  • Confidence in drafting and negotiating contracts, usage rights, and rates with influencers or talent agencies.
Platform Expertise
  • Deep understanding of the mechanics and culture of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Communication

Location
  • Commutable to the agency's offices in Berkshire (hybrid working options available).
