Job Description
Our client is looking for a trend-savvy, strategic, and proactive Influence Account Manager to join their team dedicated to a well known beauty brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving successful influencer marketing campaigns that align with clients brand objectives.
You’ll lead exciting campaigns for globally brands, driving cultural relevance and social impact through influencer activations that really move the needle. You will lead a team of Influencer Executives and work closely with clients to ensure seamless campaign execution and impactful results.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop and lead innovative influencer campaigns that align with brand goals and audience targets
- Manage the full campaign lifecycle – from brief to execution and post-campaign analysis
- Ensure campaigns are reactive, insight-led, and delivered to the highest standard
- Leverage platforms like Traackr to manage talent, measure performance and optimise delivery
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead a team of Influencer Executives, offering day-to-day guidance and career support
- Promote best practices, forward planning, and strong ways of working
- Support the Business Director in ensuring consistent delivery and communication across the team
- Manage campaign trackers, financials (including POs), and ensure best-in-class use of tools
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the lead point of contact, ensuring clear communication and trust
- Maintain strong relationships across internal and external teams
- Be proactive in anticipating needs, solving challenges, and sharing insights
Trend-Driven Thinking
- Bring a deep understanding of culture, platforms and emerging trends
- Deliver insights and trend reports to feed into campaign thinking and creative strategy
- Champion fast-turnaround activations tied to relevant social moments
Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in influencer marketing, digital, or social media (agency experience ideal)
- Proven track record managing campaigns from start to finish
- Strong communicator with excellent organisational and project management skills
- Comfortable with data, reporting and using platforms like Traackr
- Deep understanding of social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and positive – with a strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about creators, trends, and driving brand impact through influence
Contract Information
- Start date: ASAP
- Contract type: Freelance for 2 weeks then 3 months fixed term contract
- Location: London - hybrid working 2 days a week in the office
