Hi! We're seeking a vibrant Account Manager with Lithuanian language skills to join Noda, a licensed UK Payment Institution and the innovator behind an Open Banking payments platform. If you're passionate about fintech and eager for a global career, keep reading!

What is Noda?

Noda is transforming online payments, enabling seamless transactions from customers to merchants' bank accounts. Operating in the UK, EU, and Canada (with Australia coming soon!), we're looking for a talented Account Manager to join our dynamic team.

Your responsibilities:
  1. Managing existing accounts, including onboarding, document collection, and upselling;
  2. Addressing clients' needs;
  3. Identifying opportunities for cross-selling new Noda products;
  4. Attending conferences and scheduling offline meetings with merchants.
Required skills and experience:
  1. 2-3+ years of experience in B2B fintech companies (payments/card processing);
  2. Experience working directly with merchants is essential;
  3. Upselling skills and ability to identify cross-selling opportunities;
  4. Proficiency in English, Lithuanian, and Russian at a professional level (all three required);
  5. Ability to build long-lasting successful business relationships;
  6. Meticulous data management skills, including experience with Salesforce and Excel;
  7. Ability to produce high-quality, digestible reports;
  8. Fast learner and independent worker.
