Key Account Manager - Group/Chain Restaurants

TheFork leads the restaurant booking market in Europe and operates in 11 countries. Our offices boast a fully international team working together in a flexible, multicultural, and constructive environment that provides everyone with space to grow, both professionally and personally.

  • One of two dedicated salespeople, enlisting groups with more than 4 sites to TheFork.
  • Responsible for sourcing leads (of new groups/ new brands within existing groups), finding relevant contacts at HQ, their details, and making first approaches.
  • Book meetings, present, and pitch the value TheFork can bring to these groups.
  • Work with Sales Operations and our dedicated Groups Account Manager to ensure the groups onboarding is as seamless as possible and collaborate to identify groups already within our portfolio where we could enlist additional sites.
  • Liaise directly with the management team to strategize the best approach for TheFork with Groups.
  • Work directly with the B2B and B2C marketing teams to optimize outreach to this segment of the market.
Who are you?
  • You should be able to work effectively by interacting with different departments, such as the sales team or city planning.
  • A self-starter, results-oriented person who loves to reach and exceed targets.
  • A customer-oriented individual with a strong commercial mindset and influencing skills, capable of convincing and engaging people.
  • A high-performing professional with demonstrated business development experience, preferably in B2B and in restaurants/hospitality environments.
  • A dynamic person, used to working independently in fast-paced environments with great organizational skills.
  • A curious and willing-to-learn enthusiast, eager to grow and improve with us.
