Fawkes & Reece Group seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead an industrial unit build in South Gloucestershire. You will oversee site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver on time, safely and within budget, while maintaining high quality standards.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of construction processes, robust planning and contract management. It is a permanent on-site position offering leadership of a key regional industrial project.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in industrial construction.
• Experience delivering industrial units, warehouses, factories or large-scale commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project planning and contract management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and drive project delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the project from commencement through to completion and handover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and site teams.
• Develop and manage project programmes, budgets and resources.
• Monitor progress against deadlines and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage project risks, resolve issues and implement effective solutions.
• Attend progress meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with specifications and contractual requirements.
