Fawkes & Reece is hiring a Freelance Site Manager for an upcoming industrial new build in Northwich. The project runs for 40 weeks and has a total value of around £6 million.

The role requires industrial/new build experience and relevant safety qualifications, with daily on-site responsibilities and weekly Friday pay. The successful candidate will oversee construction, ensure on‑time delivery, manage contractors, and report to the Project Manager while coordinating with head office.

Qualificações

• 5+ years as Site Manager in industrial/new build projects.
• CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certification.
• UK driving licence and access to vehicle.
• Freelance, 40-week contract availability.
• Ability to work on-site with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee construction of new build industrial unit
• Ensure projects are on-time and to client specification.
• Report to the Project Manager and liaise with head office.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors on-site daily.
• Monitor site progress and health & safety compliance.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives.
• Be flexible with project assignments.
