Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a Senior/Project Manager to deliver 2-3 new build and refurbishment projects for a regional office of a national contractor. You will oversee input from tender through construction, coordinating site teams and ensuring delivery to programme, budget and quality.

The role requires progression from Site Manager to Project Manager, with strong contractual, commercial and technical construction knowledge and the ability to manage multi-site projects in Hampshire,

Qualifications

• Ideally from a Tier 1 or 2 main contractor background.
• Progressed through Site Manager / Project Manager route.
• Experience in multi-site management considered.
• Strong ability to plan, programme and drive construction through site teams.

Responsibilities

• Client liaison and input to tender/preconstruction.
• Programme, design input and logistics planning for projects.
• Manage site teams, safety and quality assurance to deliver on time and budget.
• Maintain client relationships and provide internal reporting and issue resolution.
