Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of an industrial unit build in South Gloucestershire. You will lead the project from inception to handover, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.

This permanent role requires strong industrial construction experience, robust planning and budget control, and a proactive approach to risk management and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within industrial construction or a similar environment.
• Experience delivering industrial units, warehouses or large-scale commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, planning and contract management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and drive delivery.
• Proactive approach to health and safety and quality control.

Responsabilités

• Manage the project from commencement through to completion and handover.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and site teams.
• Develop and manage programmes, budgets and resources.
• Monitor progress against deadlines and milestones.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage risks, resolve issues and implement solutions.
• Attend progress meetings and provide updates.
• Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with specifications and contractual requirements.
