Job summary

Novotek UK & Ireland seeks a detail-oriented Commercial Solutions Consultant to support the sales organisation by developing high-quality proposals, bid responses and technical solution offers across the UK and Ireland.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, engineering and delivery. You will work with sales managers, solution architects, and partners to translate customer requirements into clear, compelling proposals, ensuring proper scoping, pricing and risk management.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication with ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Good commercial awareness including costing, pricing and margins.
• Ability to interpret customer requirements and translate them into structured solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals in response to enquiries, tenders, RFIs and RFPs.
• Coordinate inputs from sales, engineering, delivery teams and external partners to produce complete proposals.
• Develop written responses that articulate customer value, solution approach, scope, assumptions and exclusions.
